This past weekend was the first time I've been able to visit my grandmother since Christmas. When I got there she told me that there was a Christmas present there for me from my aunt. I haven't seen my aunt or her kids in several years because they live out of state. We stopped doing gift exchanges about 10 years ago. Am I still required to write a Thank you note for the gift since it's now
