Last year, someone posted a link to a download for a free world time zone map for your desktop. It had various cities that showed the time when you held the mouse over them. I've done a Google search, plus checked the old posts, but can't locate that particular one. If anyone has the link to this map or knows the name of the program, I'd really appreciate it if you could post it again.
