What's the file extension for Netflix movies? Are they MPEG2 or WMV? The MPEG2 decoders are only relevant to MPEG2 files... if the Netflix files are WMV files, you would be hitting a different error. Error message: "This decoder is not compatible with the synchronization feature of Windows Media Player 10. We recommend against setting this decoder as the preferred decoder."
