STS-114's crew changed since they were no longer a ferry flight to the ISS..but I think 4 of the crew originally named stayed on. STS-115 I believe is an unchanged crew. STS-116 is basically the same except Terry Wilcutt was

I think as in many industries, some people are going to show expertise in certain areas, which may colour judgement on where they are assigned. There must also be personality factors of course. OK Thanks... Yeah I forgot about Jeff Ashby, he should get another one I'd think. I was wondering about Altman doing HST4 but I wondered if maybe he'd want (if he has any say in the matter) to visit the ISS instead; I mean, he's been to Hubble and since the program is so geared towards ISS it'd be pretty cool to visit it I'd think.. I also forgot about Jim Kelly..surely he'll get one as well
