Joe, You needn't be sorry. You provided the crucial pieces of information: the registration dates, the fact that there were two registrations, and the fact that there was one renewal. It was entirely proper that you left out the company name, in that (on both registrations) the name was exactly what a person familiar with the film would think the claimant would be.
