I guess I have got the form done based on the database (Table). However, how can I import the modules? Please show me. Thanks a lot. Biff, What the others forgot to mention is a form *can be* unbound, which no Record Source. However, you usually see that in a form/subform situation and the unbound main form is being used as a filter for the subform. That *might* be the case if your form has no Record Source. -- Gina Whipp 2010 Microsoft MVP (Access) "I feel I have been denied critical, need to know, information

Gema, I'm thinking you're not using Microsoft Access, the subject of this newsgroup, to print your invitations. So you would need to either scroll a wee bit further down in the Microsoft interface until you find your program OR post to a forum on the web site for your software program. -- Gina Whipp 2010 Microsoft MVP (Access) "I feel I have been denied critical, need to know, information

Ann, What Steve is proposing is probably a little more coding. Please post the SQL of the query you are using to create your chart. Seems to me you could use the same unbound text boxes on the chart BUT it depends on the query which might need a little modfication or not... -- Gina Whipp 2010 Microsoft MVP (Access) "I feel I have been denied critical, need to know, information!"

Okay, now I get it... <scratching but thinking having it in two tables is the way to go. Now, I have to go look at the table structure and make sure all is right in the world but I believe that was the last hiccup! -- Gina Whipp 2010 Microsoft MVP (Access) "I feel I have been denied critical, need to know, information!" - Tremors II http://www.regina-whipp.com/index_files/TipList
