I'm unable to understand Agnew's ability to perform Dowland with a single song. Excuse me. Can I ask you a small upload for the group and me (if only Flow my tears, In darkness let me dwell, If my complaints..)? Can someone help me? Maybe Terry?

No, I am saying it is now a whole much better treatment that they had before. I am sayuing that in past wars, most of them would have died on the battlefield, and would not even have a chance at being in a hospital. It all depends on the way you spin the story.
