Well, I have sent out emails to all the folks who are on the QuitList, The Old Fogie List and the Double Old Fogie List. This coming Tuesday I will be emailing folk who are on the Very Old Fogie List. So, if that is you, be on the lookout for the email and be sure that you have your email settings correct so the email does not end up in your spam folder. I think the response so far is decent

Suzi! Great to see you posting! I think that when we are first in our quit the more we post the better off we are. First off we are using our hands for something better than holding a sickerette and secondly the more we think through the whys and 'how comes' about smoking the stronger the quit becomes.
