1. Nvidia drivers, you'll find at nvidia.com - be carefull that you get the right driver for your OS and hardware. In particular not all Nvidia drivers for Desktops work for Notebooks, check the Readme, it lists the hardware it supports. The manufacturer (Asus!) should have a driver as well, those sites are often serious mazes and it could take some time to find them. Sometimes
