seems to me that you still have a "Quorum disk" in your Cluster Group, but in a previous post you told us you are using a MNS quorum. If you are using a MNS quorum then you do not need a Quorum disk in your Cluster group rgds, Edwin. Prashanth, "vssadmin list shadows" shows no shadow copies on this machine on any volume, so I think it's clean. It's been more than a week now with no new files showing up in this directory. I think the reason that the files were showing up is becuase I was using this volume as a temporary holding volume (e.g. copy a file here for five minutes, and then copy it somewhere else and delete
