I wouldn't think the Clavamox would cause thickened intestines and enlarged lymph nodes. Unfortunately, this is the typical appearance of intestinal lymphosarcoma (LSA) although rarely inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) can look similarly. Hopefully you'll get some good information from the lymph node aspirates. Many times surgery is needed to definitively differentiate between IBD and LSA

We discussed vaccination but as she wasn't due until March (every 2 years recommended) we decided
