HI Alan C, what are you connecting internet through. if your connecting internet through a router make sure L2TP traffic can passthrough. Also on your windows Vista firewall make a rule to allow vpn traffic to passthrough. that if your using windows Firwall. if your usinga 3rd party firewall make sure you configure that as well. I can't make much sense of this since there are really no details. If you had to call your ISP to add the wireless MAC address, it sounds like you have a public IP? WHAT are you connected to? broadband modem? wireless router? manufacturer, model #, hardware version? in any case, it is not recommended to use a wireless connection on both sides for a PC<-->360 media center extender function
