I am using VBA (with MS Access) to copy a Visio file and paste it into power point. When I do this using Access 2003, Power Point 2003, and Visio 2003 and power point slide has the ability to open the drawing as Visio by double clicking the drawing. Everything is sharp looking too. This is a newsgroup for MS Access the database program. You should post to a powerpoint newsgroup instead. For your question, Menu, Insert , photo album, select as many files as you want using Ctl click or shift click. Set options for photo layout, click okay. What video codec does the AVI use? You can use the GSpot Codec tool to get that information if you don't already know. Since AVIs can use any of 800 codecs, they aren't really too portable, sadly, which is kind of why Microsoft steered away from that morass. -- Speaking for myself only. That sounds so easy. I have ppt 2003 and have not been able to link to a .mov file until I converted it to an .avi. Now when I link the .avi file is choppy and no picture. When I'm not in "show" mode I click on the movie button and I get the WMP encountered an error while downloading.
