I am wanting to send out an email to a lot of people and ask then to fill out there contact info and email it back to me. does outlook have something to do this where i wont have to type in all the info or copy and past? i know i have received something from people where it says the person is updating there address book ect.

Rather than running 2 "address books" (I don't want / need to seperate my business...> have all the contacts stored in a single address book which is then syncronised between Outlook and Hotmail....
