Thank you for the extended story/explanation you wrote below. However, I think you underestimate the situation in the west. There is a wide range of "teachings" on marriage, duty, proper behavior, etc., that come from a wide range of sources including our churches and going even to much poetry about love and philosophy by which each individual comes to a formula for life which works best
