Somethings I forgot to mention. First, I'm fairly new to Acrobat, so I'm not really sure what you're talking about. Second, I imported HTML code into Acrobat to get the form. Then I opened the form in LiveCycle because I didn't know how to get the email buttons and submit buttons on the page. So, I am working with a flattened PDF. I'm not sure if this make a difference or not, but it's a button

Hi,I spent weeks trying to sort it out. Apparently it's unavoidable. I read somewhere that the white lines wouldn't appear when printed but i saved one of the images as a jpg an the lines were clearly visible. Its because when the transparency in the image goes through the flattening process to enable printing it breaks the image into atomic regions and the white lines are the gaps in between.

Oh sure, for the majority of artwork I totally agree. However, for illustrations etc, that have yet to be approved by a client then being able to comp out your designs in this manner can be extremely useful. Another way I have used this is to test out UXD (User eXperience Design) for user interfaces that are currently in development, which is something that Fireworks CS3
