Thanks, but that's not what I meant, my problems is actually the reverse. Sorry for the ambiguous wording. If, in the table, I change a field name from "FieldA" to "FieldB", the code errors out if I call FieldB. But it accesses the field if I use the OLD / gone name "FieldA". "Douglas J. Unless you've got the AutoCorrect "feature" turned on (not recommended), renaming a field or control does not change any references to that field or control. You need to go through your code and make the changes yourself.
