    <description><![CDATA[...for a while now.  Another thing: when <b>letter</b>-prefix plates (Y 123 ABC) were replaced with   <b>two</b>-digit plates (AB 51 CDE), why ...that's needed is to   merge the <b>two</b>-<b>letter</b> codes into  larger pool, so ...countries  in Europe - I've notice a <b>number</b> of similarities.    Additionally, by having three <b>letters</b> that increment or change rather  than 3 <b>numbers</b>, there ae a lot more combinations available...<br><br>
