Well I think the post you are responding to has some value to bother with this newsgroup in the first place. I have so much blockers on this computer and the other one is so corrupted I haven't decided which is better. I can assure you weather or TV listings make more pop ups than eBay on the old one. The tracking cookie folks have their allies in congress who act like they are addressing

Another thing you may have noticed, if you do not run any pop up blockers or anti spam software, is that if you type in something into the eBay search engine (say a specific type of car) within a day or so you start getting pop ups and junk emails about things relating to that subject.
