So: Does Xorg still hang on logout ? even with EXA *disabled* ? Hello Brice! Yes. It also hangs with XAA disabled. Well, no, KDM doesn't start at all. X is running, but the garbled display actually was tty1

Package: xserver-xorg-video-savage Version: 1:2.1.2-1 Severity: grave Hello, while 2.1.2-1 apparently fixes bug 389404 + 389794, xorgs hangs on logout when used with this driver. KDE applications are closed, the desktop vanishes, the mousepointer vanishes and then it hangs. No Ctrl-Alt-Backspace and not Ctrl-Alt-F1 yields any result. The machine is still pingable. This hang only happens

Package: xserver-xorg-video-savage Version: 1:2.1.2-1 Severity: important Hello, while 2.1.2-1 apparently fixes bug 389404 + 389794, 2d graphic operations are quite slow with it compared to 2.0.2.3-4 of the driver. glxgears shows the gears again but it is flickering a lot... After quitting it it shows the following message: martin@deepdance:/usr/share/doc/xserver-xorg-video-savage

Package: xorg Version: 1:7.1.0-1 Severity: normal Hello, Savage DRI driver does not work with X.org 7.1.1, it works okay with 7.0.22. With 7.1.1 I the window that glxgears opens remains black. glxinfo still shows "Direct Rendering: Yes". Also with supertux in GL mode the screen stays blank. Both consume all of the available CPU power while running. AFAIK this is an upstream bug.

Package: lighttpd Version: 1.4.11-7 Severity: important Hello, while searching for Ruby On Rails based blog and wiki engines I stomped upon lighttpd and thought I test it on my notebook. I just installed it and started it. PHP delivered as text file, so I ran "light-enable-mod fastcgi" and did the force-reload. Then lighttpd wouldn't answer any request anymore. I thought it might need
