Oh, come on. Don't tell me folks from Ontario never visit civilized countries. You know, like the UK and France and Mexico and Cuba? I realize the poor guy lives in a country that is currently run by a bunch of paranoid psychotics, but we're not that bad... Ok, maybe we are, but you could include the cost of getting a passport to make us paranoids happy in the instructor's fee. Peter Boylan
