Pap, heres a good one. Here in this state the Catholic high schools are allowed to recruit sports players from all over. This is accomplished under reasons other than what the facts are. Public schools are restricted from attracting player outside their district areas and thus cant "stack" the team. As a result, every year the high school playoff in any number of sports are showcases for
