I have a Notebook that I don't want to delete altogether ...wasn't even visible in 'All Notebooks' on the Navigation Pane. [I think...that should be called 'All Open Notebooks' because it is NOT all notebooks...I then went to File Open, Notebook and it whipped me right out... Windows Explorer. Notebooks do not open in default state

How do I get my Notebooks to return to their default state? When I closed a notebook and then reopened that notebook; it was opened in Sections, instead of the usual Notebook icons on the left sidebar. I am using OneNote 2007 with Vista. Thanks, -- ptcruizer

I am having a problem sharing notebooks [notebook files stored on a server that can be ...and laptop] ... I can open/edit/etc. a notebook from the server on my office computer ... but when I open the notebook on my laptop, the icons are greyed out such that I cannot type, write, etc. on the notebook at all ... I have the notebooks set up to share and sync ... not sure if I am overlooking a ...

Is there a way, other than email, to notify others when a notebook has been updated? Like the icon flashes or something until they click it? Our dept. has four users of OneNote and multiple projects, each with its own notebook. If one of us posts something to one project, how do the others know about it, other than continually searching through all the notebooks and pages?
