It should be positioned right above the text, "Thank you for visiting Taylortown Sales." After the tabbed panels section. I am attaching the code from the .css file, titled "tts.css". In IE, the position is just where I intended it. I added the wrapper <div> with an ID of "fixer", thinking I had an instance of the Mozilla bug, where a relative positioned table wanders out of its container
