...couple of pocket knives. I'm long out of that phase now and haven't bought a knife since 1998. I've also got "collections" of enameled cast iron, copper, and pewter cookware and tableware. Thank God for eBay! ;-) I've never collected hunting knive but do have a bit of a sword and amour collection though smaller now than it once was. I have at least one of every style Japanese knife...

..., bird's beak, fluting, bread, slicing, cleaver, steak set of 6, 6" ceramic cooks, etc. Plus in the non-kitchen category, a non-stainless damascus steel hunting knife and a couple of pocket knives.
