x-no-archive: yes Hi Daniel, I live in America - California. I was doing some work for KLM at Schiphol airport and had a great time in Amsterdam while i was there. The people are very nice. The engineers i worked with at KLM recommended Cafe de Klos. It is, if i recall correctly, a steak place and they serve the best spare ribs in town. I'm not fond of meat, but i make an exception for

FWIW, the recipe i asked to be translated is based on a recipe from a restaurant in Amsterdam. I was in Amsterdam on business a few times and found the food and the service at the restaurant "Cafe de Klos" on Kerkstraat
