I see RJ also picks Detroit to beat Denver, so if he's correct Detroit will take over the division lead from us this week (once you factor in the tiebreaker). If the KC defense is as good as people say, our offense won't be on the field as much, so maybe that will give our defense a chance to come up with some turnovers or something (trying to look on the bright side here). KC's coming off

Well, this week was great! I am down 3.6 lbs... however I know I can attribute some of that to not wearing jeans to my weigh in. : ) I'll have to wear the skirt I wore last night to every future weigh in for sure ; ) Starting a new week today and hoping for continued success. Last week my tracking got a little sloppy a couple of the days, so I need to be really careful to adequetly do
