Interesting letter, but I doubt it will find a receptive audience. Congress can't get its act together to do what is in the best financial interests of the people (i.e. stop spending more to make the penny and nickel than they are worth, or replace the dollar note with a coin). I doubt very much that they'll bother reworking low-value notes (inflation has eaten away at their value) or reintroducing
