Thanks for your reply Ace. I'm still somewhat stumpted as to what happened, and the lack of information on the net regarding this error does not help. The script shouldn't have been anything overcomplex, I was using AD Modify which, while not officially supported, is pretty well known and stable. The attribute itself was the Description field, common to W2K and W2K3 and hardly rocket

The T4 on-the-beach pop festival was held at Weston-super-Mare on Sunday (yesterday) with a guestimate of 50-60,000 people. People were 'informed' of the public transport to get there, but as ever no additional train services were laid on. Coming back my daughter and friends had to wait several hours just to get into the station, but, to give FGW some credit, the Torbay Express steam charter

This is the formula I used =IF(AND(NOW()>B8,C8=""),"Over Due","") I assume if the payment is made late You don't want want anything displayed. You just asked if it is overdue.
