User1 sends email messages with the correct email address to User2. User2 does not receive them. The messages are not stuck in the Outbox and are listed in the Sent Items folder. The problem continued until the nickname entry and Outlook contacts entry for user2 were deleted. Why is this? Does scanpst.exe fix this type of problem? Thanks for any replies.
