Home grown strains tend to be so much stronger than purchased pot, so you probably won't get to the point of not getting higher, because all you need to do is switch strains for a day or two and that is the end of any "tolerance" issues. The genetics of the Afghani strains is so set in and stable that at some point it became a ...

I like Maple Leaf or Black Domina (Indica) strains, as they tend to be potent. Look in the books: CannaBible (1,2,3) or Big Book of Buds (1,2,3) at a good bookstore (Plant & Garden section) to see what strains are listed w/pics.!!! = Judy =

Home-Grown "GanJa" is good, because it's Organicly grown, whereas some that's purchased is either grown outdoors or indoors (or hydro.) with pestisides or chemicals! Think about this. My 2¢ here. = Judy =

BTW, BB, Do you have books by all these guys you listed??? Seems Ed Rosenthal's are more technical (a bit complicated) and Jorge Cervante's are nicer (with photos & info. that's understandable). DJ Short's seem to be a lot of words/chapters with little photos and a few drawings. Whch one (book) did you like the most? = Judy =
