Did you know that flood coverage is included in Manufactured Housing coverage ? I didn't either until my insurance company called today to tell me our losses will be covered ! Not sure yet whether it will be insured value or a prorated figure , but at least we ain't standin' in excrement up to our elbows an' risin' fast . Shirley's breakin' out the above the top shelf stuff tonight .
