Ever since I am looking up the persons and events of the BoM on the same dates in the real old world history, say Israel and the diaspora where the exiled Jews lived, like Khazaria, were the Russian Jews come from, because of 1 Nephi 18:23 .... and we arrived at "the promised land"  I am puzzled by Samuel the Lamanite who prophesied the birth of Jesus and converted and baptized Nephite
