Just be yourself and sarge. I dont know how good your skill is, but I would say focus on your sarging, and experience and practice more. Im not sure if there are 'Alpha' males, but there are bullies and assholes - take up Karate if they bother you this much. Otherwise move on and practice your game. With so many chicks around you will have plenty opportunity to practice. Good luck :-)
