You could use Autofilter and select "is greater than" Data Filter Autofilter Click on the filter arrow on the Quantity Column and select: Custom and select "is greater then" and zero from the arrow dropdowns. Hi Chris, It is not a 100%% clear what you are really up to, but here's a first tip: Create a key-table with all the numbers in one coloumn and the names in the next coloumn and then you can use the vlookup function. If you have a non-neat sheet where the mentioned numbers are spread across with no pattern then I would suggest a macro, for which please post a sample file so that I can understand
