Hi All, I'm wondering if it is possible to place a phone call using PowerShell and then have the Speech API speak out a message after which the phonecall disconnects. Ideally it would also ask for a PIN before pronouncing the message but that's a nice to have. I would just like the Speecha API to wait until the call is answered (voicemail does not need to be taken into account just now
