Wing recipe sounds good, I'll try it and report back. Still longing for the old Brandy's wings- that chef has to be around somewhere I would think. Closest I've seen is Dinosaur bbq. No pigeon wings there! Could you be refereing to one of the Cosco-Gladstone guys? They were pretty active around town those days (ok maybe 18-20 yrs ago). I remember seeing them at the old Island Cottage
