I need to detect a regulation dartboard and postion a machine directly over the center of the target. I have a machine that will be suspended from a rope. A regulation dartboard will be placed at some random location centered below the rope. I plan to have a cmos camera on the machine connected to an fpga prototyping board. The camera will be pointed straight down. I want to move

Vera - You might be able to work something up using a Doughnut chart. This data will give you 4 + 4 + 7 uniquely formatted segments: inner middle outer a 1 b 1 c 1 d 1 e 1 f 1 g 1 h 1 i 1 j 1 k 1 l 1 m 1 n

So the clean-up begins. Both the USA and Britain were hit with flooding in the last group of spells. The first week was the worst for Britain but a train of hurricanes caused one problem after another in the Gulf of Mexico. The half of an island called Haiti was devastated but who cares about them?
