When you changed the endpoint, you changed the location of where the call was being made to. That might of worked for getting past the authentication error, but only because you're now pointed someplace that doesn't require authentication. That same other location doesn't have the service you're trying to call. Remove the override to the CreateInstance so it goes back to the original location

It is not entirely clear where you want the sub-menus to apply, so I am going to guess that it is everything under SmartAd.aspx.
