When you talk about "salvage flag", where do you see/set that flag? On NSS, slavage is turned on/off at volume level using the following console commands: On: nss /slavage=<volume name> Off: nss /nosalvage=<volume name> The can also be done from NSSMU.NLM or other NSS management tools. -- Marcel Cox http://support.novell.com/forums ---------------------------------------------
