Hi Dawn, Sorry to hear about your trouble. Firstly the idea of stages of grieving after a divorce is something that is very commonly printed and referred to. Unfortunately it was a misunderstanding of stages of grief a person who was diagnosed with terminal cancer went through. Now it is better to think of grieving as a period of mixed emotions which will grow less intense over time. These
