CERN collider is coming online tomorrow, Wednesday Sept 10. I predict that it will short out instantly, leaving one of the finest online gaming networks in history up and running for no good reason. This thing is supposed to be extremely fast. Have you seen all those computers in the control room ? I have my flight simmulator ready to go, and will be piloting a P51 over ( simulated ) London,

Instead of excluding the SAS programs from scanning, you might also try omitting SAS data sets from being scanned. I doubt that is the case, but you can test it in Vista pretty easy. Here's how 1. Fire up a copy of SAS. 2. Press Ctrl-Alt-Del to get the task manager window. 3. Click on the Processes box. 4. Sort the "Image Name" column so that the programs appear in alphabetical order. 5. Find SAS.exe *32 (or whatever it appears to be on your PC). 6. Right click on SAS.exe and select "Set Affinity"

Hey guys. I few weeks ago I was having some issues getting a program that ran prefectly fine on my laptop to work on my workstation. I received quite a few suggestions. Unfortunately, none panned out. I talked with a SAS tech person and he thought the issue due to virus scanning software. I've omitted .sas files from the scan but the problem has not gone away.
