Original message from Meik severely excerpted (is that a word) While the facts about Phil Porter are correct, he has been gone from the USJA for many many years now. It is true that the promotion process, particularly for the higher grades has been strictly enforced in recent years (as it should be). hai senza dubbio ragione, non è facile. Probabilmente addirittura impossibile con lo Shotokan; negli ultimi anni ho praticato Kyokushin non agonistico, e lì il modo di muoversi era molto diverso dallo Shoto. Morbido, fluido, con combinazioni di tecniche, molti ganci , montanti e calci bassi. uso di colpitori, ecc, purtroppo mi sono spostata per via del lavoro...vabbè. grazie cmq, e grazie anke
