It is true that the promotion process, particularly for the higher grades has been strictly enforced in recent years (as it should be). hai senza dubbio ragione, non è facile. Probabilmente addirittura impossibile con lo Shotokan; negli ultimi anni ho praticato Kyokushin non agonistico, e lì il modo di muoversi era molto diverso dallo Shoto. Morbido, fluido, con combinazioni di tecniche, molti ganci , montanti e calci bassi. uso di colpitori, ecc, purtroppo mi sono spostata per via del lavoro...vabbè. grazie cmq, e grazie anke
