That's just another way to obfuscate the fact that Pakistan is very anxious to continue to lick Chinese boots. Furthermore, in spite of Pakistan's fondest dreams, SEATO & CENTO never acquired the gloss of NATO whose membership marked the valued allies of USA. Furthermore, can wild allegations ever hide the fact that within weeks of coming into existence, Pakistan had approached American boots
