BEWARE!!! I Sent original documents to the DVLA to prove my title change. I sent them Special Delivery in a DO NOT BEND stiff envelope and included in the envelope payment for the same treatment on their return, They returned (THANKFULLY!!!) in a normal, scruby envelope, 2nd class not recorded in anyway and bent because they were rammed into a normal, not stiff, envelope.
