...involved. (3) Syllogistically, we may claim that Induction is a reverse of the normal syllogism - we have a Conclusion and go back to find a Major Premise. (4) The Logic involved is based on the Scientific Method, rather than the Logic of the Schoolmen. (5) Internal validity is necessary in all cases, but also soundness (reference to empirical fact). Of the two, fact is more important.
