These are the Google stats for September from the very first year. You can tell from the threads during the first two years ASC was mostly gay. 2004 was mostly off-topic. There was an up-tic in 2006 due to Ramos. .oO(Greg Scheeler) i have a numeric field.... 9 digits.... want to be able to filter my recordset in sql by giving a portion of the 9 digit number... in retrospect, i probably should have not used a numeric field for this data... but that's already done.... As always: It depends. Sometimes it might make sense to store a numeric value in a CHAR field or something like that. just
