Hi, You could try contacting EDF Energy Grant which pays grants not just for outstanding utility bills but also will consider other debts depending on circumstances. If you explain situation they may be able to help. Also look up 'funder finder' on the net which has numerous charities relating to jobs, circumstances etc(eg if he was in the forces SAPHYR/BRITISH LEGION will provide grants)
