You need to rename the page from within a open FP web via FP and you must check with your web host for the correct file name, such as index.htm, index.html, Index.htm or Index.html, etc. -- ============================================== Thomas A. It's not non-manual, but you could build a SmartList to show you open POs based on your date and PO status criteria. Since you can get to the Edit PO Status window from there (using the go-to icon) you could build a macro to open that window for the selected PO and change the status to closed. If you play around with it you may be able to construct the macro such that it processes the first

Thats about it. However, the update command will leave a lot of On Order quantities as these will not be cleared with the update. If you do the update, do it in a test company first and then run Reconcile afterwards. You can find a list of the tables that are updated when a PO is printed (this is the actual release process) in our book Information Flow and Posting. Check out our web site
