Looks like the default SQL 2005 log shipping restore threshold is 45 minutes...do you adjust it after you have set up the whole log shipping? I've setup the log backup on primary server at every two...server 15 minutes later, then get restored after another 15 minutes, the copy...alert warning for the 45 minutes threshold is out of sync.
